These Impact Magnets are one-directional and cannot be flipped over. When using other magnetic bits, you need to be able to flip the magnet to ensure the magnetic poles aren't fighting against each other. Because these B-Stock magnets cannot be flipped, they are not compatible with other magnetic bits.
